01Do you give free estimates for electrical problems?+
Free estimates apply to planned installation work. Outages, tripping, intermittent problems, testing, and fault-location require paid diagnostic service because the cause is unknown until testing begins.
02Should I reset a breaker that keeps tripping?+
A single reset may restore a circuit, but repeated tripping indicates a problem. Leave the circuit off and arrange service if it trips again, will not reset, or shows heat, odor, or damage.
03Can you repair the problem during the same visit?+
Often, yes, when the cause is identified and the required repair is within the scheduled scope and materials are available.
