01Can a portable generator power my whole house?+
That depends on generator output and the loads being used. Most portable setups require active load management so high-demand equipment is not operated at the same time.
02Why is an interlock necessary?+
The interlock prevents the main breaker and generator breaker from being on simultaneously, helping prevent unsafe backfeeding.
